Our competitive gymnastics team is for advanced gymnasts who wish to compete.

Our team members compete in both AAU and USAG divisions at the

state, regional and national level.

 

Athletes must complete an evaluation with the competitive team director in order to register.

AAU COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS

​Our AAU team competes in 3 regular season meets, the State Championship meet

and Regionals.

​

AAU Bronze trains 5 hours per week.

AAU Silver trains 6 hours per week.

AAU Gold trains 9 hours per week.

USAG COMPETITIVE GYMNASTICS

USAG team competes in 5 regular season meets, the State Championship and with

qualification to the Regional Championship.

USAG Gold & Platinum train 10 hours per week.

USAG Optional trains 13 hours per week.
