Central Carolina Gymnastics Academy offers preschool and recreational gymnastics classes, boys ninja classes and tumbling classes, as well as, competitive gymnastics teams.

Kids and teens of all ages, skill and ability can participate in gymnastics classes! Our trained and experienced coaches and instructors have carefully developed drills, exercises and routines  appropriate for every age, ability and skill level. The gymnastics staff will determine the correct class or team for your child athlete!

CCG Academy ensures the gym is a positive, fun and safe place for our youth to learn and develop self-discipline. Gymnastics coaches support and provide opportunities for each athlete to improve their skills.
